How Our Meal Prep Works
All meal prep orders must be placed by 5pm every Friday And contain at least 4 bowls
Pick Up and Delivery on Sundays from noon-5pm
You will receive a call or text to confirm arrangement.
Free Delivery for orders over $100 and within 15 miles of the US Capitol.
$25.00 Delivery upon request for all other orders.
